When you request a quote, download a resource, or subscribe, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone (if provided), company or practice, project location, and anything you tell us about your project. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, send you the resource you asked for, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates. We do not sell your information.

We share your details only with the people inside our team who need them to answer you, and with the service providers that run our forms, email and (in future) our CRM. We require them to protect your information.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. [CONFIRM the exact analytics tool — e.g. Plausible / GA4 — and add a cookie line if a cookie-setting tool is used.]
