All prices shown on this site are indicative “from” prices, exclude GST unless stated, and are not an offer. Your firm price is the written quote we issue, valid for [CONFIRM — e.g. 30 days], and based on the drawings and specification confirmed at the time. Prices can change if the specification, sizes, glazing, hardware or site conditions change.

Each standard set includes three sets of shop drawings, one Auckland site measure, and Auckland delivery. Installation, GST, and delivery beyond Auckland metro are quoted separately.

Every order is manufactured to your confirmed measurements and specification. Because items are made to measure, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once shop drawings are approved and the deposit is paid. This does not affect your rights for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Any change after shop-drawing approval — to glass, profile, hardware, measurements, configuration, additional site measures or drawing revisions, flashings, support bars, premium/automated hardware, or on-site hardware pre-fitting — is a variation, quoted and agreed before we proceed. Work outside the agreed quote, and travel/accommodation for projects outside Auckland, may incur additional cost.

Lead times stated are indicative (typically 10–18 weeks from approved drawings) and depend on the schedule at the time of order. We will confirm your timeline in writing. [CONFIRM lead-time band]

Units are delivered unglazed to avoid transit damage and glazed on site. Where we install, we install to prepared openings; where we supply only, we provide details and a method statement and the builder is responsible for installation.
