How it works

From the first email
to the last weld.

Eight steps from your drawings to glazed-and-installed. Clear at every stage — so you can plan ahead with confidence.

01

Enquire

Send drawings, a schedule and your performance brief. We assess the project and respond with feasibility, typically within five working days. [CONFIRM]

02

Quote

Itemised by elevation: suite, colour, glazing and hardware resolved. You see exactly what each opening costs.

03

Approve shop drawings

We work through your plans, with up to one Auckland site measure where needed. Shop drawings issued for sign-off — up to three revision sets included. Nothing is cut until you approve.

04

Deposit

A 50% deposit confirms your place in the fabrication schedule.

05

Fabricate

Cut, welded, grit-blasted and finished in your chosen colour, with the full four-stage coating. Joinery pre-drilled for hardware. Progress updates throughout. Progress payment at 30%.

06

Deliver

Delivered to site unglazed, to avoid transit damage. Auckland delivery included. 10% before the units leave for site.

07

Install

Installed by our crew to prepared openings, or supplied with a method statement and CAD details for your builder. Hardware fitted on site.

08

Sign-off

Glazed on site once installed, leaving a clean, finished, weather-tight opening. A final 10% on completion.

Lead times · plan ahead

Don’t wait. Plan ahead.

Steel joinery is complicated to make — every joint welded, ground and finished by hand. Bring us in early with your architect and the timeline takes care of itself. Specify it at the start, not the end.
