Arched
steel doors.

Single or dual hinged doors under a curved head, drawn to your radius — the shape aluminium can’t do.

The shape,
settled first.

An arched head is the clearest case for steel. An aluminium extrusion wants to stay straight; a steel section can be rolled and welded to a true curve, so the arch is structure, not trim. That is why curved openings are where imitation ranges stop and fabrication starts.

The curve range runs three set designs — a single arched-head door, an arched pair, and an arched pair over a multi-lite grid — and beyond those, the radius and layout are drawn per project rather than picked from a chart.

Because every arch is set out to drawings, sizing is quoted per opening. The suites carry through: slim W20 for internal and heritage arches, W40 for the everyday envelope, W50 TB where the opening needs a thermal break, and Custom when the geometry leaves the standard set behind.

Pick a design.
Then make it yours.

Each design is a fixed layout — panes, lockbox, kick plate. Open one in the builder and it carries straight through: suite, colour, hardware and glass are yours to choose, and nothing you pick here is asked again.

Same design.
Different steel.

The suite is the profile system behind the design — it sets the sightline, the glazing and the warmth. Relative cost shows as a tier, one to seven; a number appears only in the builder, once your opening is fully specified.

Finished
by hand.

Every unit is grit-blasted, primed and top-coated in the colour you choose — our house palette or any RAL on request — with the full corrosion-protection process underneath.

This style usually carries lever hardware — round, square or rectangular rose — in a choice of seven finishes. Glass runs from clear toughened to low-E insulated units, matched to the suite you choose.
