An awning window hinges at the head and opens outward from the sill, so the open sash sheds water instead of catching it — the practical choice for a coastal or exposed wall that still wants air moving on a wet day.
Awnings work alone, in rows of one to three panes, or composed over and under fixed lites — the awning-over-fixed combination is a set design of its own. Sashes are sized to their wind zone, and the top-hung format keeps them modest by design.
The suites carry the usual logic: SF20 for standardised sheltered work, W40 double-glazed for the everyday envelope, and thermally broken W50 TB where the wall must hold warmth as well as ventilate.

Every unit is grit-blasted, primed and top-coated in the colour you choose — our house palette or any RAL on request — with the full corrosion-protection process underneath.
This style usually carries lever hardware — round, square or rectangular rose — in a choice of seven finishes. Glass runs from clear toughened to low-E insulated units, matched to the suite you choose.
